This year I am joining Team Malloy in their third year riding the Pan Mass Challenge. The PMC is a 190 mile, 2 day bike ride to raise money for Dana- Farber Cancer Institue. We will be riding from Sturbridge to Provincetown on the first weekend in August. In 2021 and 2022, total PMC fundraising accumulated to an astounding $64 million and $69 million, respectively. As always, 100% of these funds were donated directly to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
Team Malloy Strong rides in honor of Ryan's Dad, Edmond Malloy. On October 31st, 2019, Mr. Malloy passed away after a 5-year, courageous battle with a rare form of Liver cancer. I didn't know Eddie personally, but I am grateful to be riding with a team that is so passionate about doing what we can to improve outcomes.
On a personal note, I will also be riding for my Father who was diagnosed with hairy cell leukemia in the fall of 2018 and my Grandmother who beat breast cancer. I am riding for family, friends, co-workers, and countless others. This is my frist PMC ride and I am excited to jump in and fundraise. I am so appreciative of words of encouragement, stories, and donations anyone has to offer!
Please help me in my goal to raise $6,000 for this year’s challenge. As with all PMC fundraisers, 100% of rider-raised revenue goes directly to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's tireless commitment to finding a cure.
