My 15th consecutive PMC ride is scheduled for August 3-4th this year. Every year has truly been a unique experience. It has never been lost on me the importance of the work so many PMC riders/volunteers are doing on behalf of Dana Farber Cancer Institute. It is expected the PMC will top over $1 Billion dollars raised for cancer research since 1980 during this year's event. My family as well as many others have certainly benefitted from treatments at DFCI based on that enormous PMC contribution. The advancements acheived in cancer research are beyond remarkable and should be expected to continue. We get closer to curing cancer every mile, every year.
