On Sunday, August 4th, in Provincetown, I hope to complete a journey I started eight years ago in 2016.
That year my wife Linda died from cancer. The next year I joined my daughter Catherine and undertook the Pan Mass Challenge's (PMC's) 190 mile, two-day fund-raising ride for cancer.
It is a grueling ride for me and now at age 73, in all likelihood this year is going to be my last. However, I am pleased to say that through the great generosity of family and friends, I am approaching a PMC lifetime total of $100,000.00. Please help me reach this worthy sum! Every dollar counts!
While I ride in memory of my wife, I ride for for the many thousands of people, children and adults, who today suffer from cancer related illness. We can help them. Let's do this!
Your dollars donated becomes the ammunition, i.e. the bullets that our scientists and doctors can load into their research weapons to defeat this terrible disease.
My thanks to you all!
Dan
