February 9, 2021 heaven received a beautiful person. Carol's impact on this world, her family, our large family, her clients and her community was amazing and our shared mantra PMA ran through it all. There is comfort knowing that she is with our dad in heaven and her battle is over. My hole is mending, I miss her every day and have moments of disbelief. I lean into our special relationship and find symbols around that I treasure. My new love of birds is a funny story and the color yellow connects me with Carol in a happy way.
She was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in November 2019.
I am so grateful for my family and the support network I have been blessed with througout my life and especially these past few years. Some of my most precious memories is when we wrote the Caring Bridge entries together or when she wrote a few herself. Through it all she carried her special light, strength and positivity...which I aim to focus on as how I navigate this world.
