Why I Ride

I'm saddling up again for PMC number 8. This year I ride especially for Isabelle and Barb, two people I care deeply about who are bravely fighting cancer. And as always, I ride:

To celebrate cancer survivors, like Tom and Lynne, who are living proof that funding cutting-edge cancer research leads to life-saving treatments
To say I miss you to those who I've lost to cancer
To be reminded that when people come together around a shared purpose and commitment, they can achieve amazing things
To help create a future where early diagnosis, new breakthrough treatments, and other advances make every cancer curable
To show support to our former PMC pedal partner, Dylan Berio, an amazing 16-year-old high-honor roll student who has dealt courageously with his own cancer diagnosis since age 3.
