YEAR 8!
Year 2 with the OCC's!
I spent nearly 3 years working at the Farber and what they do for their patients is beyond words. More specifically, what the clinicians do for their patients, is beyond words. I'm lucky enough call Brad McGregor a friend, and for 3 years, I watched him tirelessly devote his life and energy to treating those with cancer. I may not be at the Farber anymore but it was an easy decision to join this team to support Brad and his clinical efforts
I will again be doing 100 miles (101 if we're being specific) this August in support of Brad, but more importantly, in honor of all of those I know who have fought against cancer. First and foremost, I ride for my mom, who battled cancer for the last 10+ years of her life, but I also ride for my dad, who was my biggest supporter.
But there are so many more... Carol, Jim, Kel, Evie, and the countless others who have bravely fought. Know that I put a lot of thought into where my fundraising goes and I'm thrilled to support Brad for a second straight year!
On a more personal note, this year I could potentialy hit 30K in all time dollars raised for the PMC. I am asking for your support, and thanking all of those who have gotten behind me and the PMC for the last 7 years!
