Hello Friends and Family,
Why I am riding? For those of you who are lucky enough to know Pam Conti, you understand how amazing of a person she is. She lights up the room wherever she goes. She is one of the kindest and funniest people I know and she happens to be a pretty good golfer too! At present, Pam is battling breast cancer and I am dedicating my ride and my raise to her. Pam is getting tremendous support from her friends and family (especially her beautiful daughter, Amanda) and hopefully all of you who are generous enough to donate.
I have committed to ride in my very first Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC) on August 3-4, 2019. We will be cycling the long route from Sturbridge to Provincetown which is 192 miles over two days!
Everyone knows someone with cancer or who has been touched by cancer and it is time we put an end to this terrible disease. Dana-Farber is a leader in research and pioneer in medicine who continue to make breakthroughs in new science to treat cancer without the devastating side effects of current treatments.
Your donation is tax deductible and 100% of rider-raised revenue from the PMC went directly to support the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
If you google “largest fundraiser in the US”, you will see that PMC is the biggest fundraiser in the country, raising $50 million last year alone. Since 1980, the PMC has raised over $550 million and achieving this year's amazing $53 million goal will depend on all us.
I am lucky enough to be able to ride on Team Velominati with over 50 wonderful people who have similar stories and lot of heart. Our team goal will be to collectively raise over $200,000 and my financial goal is to raise $8,500. No Donation is too small!!
We have one mission: To Win The Fight Against Cancer. Please donate through one of the links on the left or below.
You can designate PMC riders through your Donor Advised Fund (DAF) by selecting the Pan Mass Challenge and adding or tagging my eGiftID: BM0393
