Hello family and friends,

WE ARE BACK!!! After taking a year off last year due to many, many weddings the Geist crew is back for our 6th PMC! Over the first 5 years of riding the financial and moral support has been unbelievable!!! For those who don't know, the PMC is a bike-a-thon that raises more money for charity than any other single athletic fundraising event in the country. Benefiting the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, the PMC donates 100% of every rider-raised dollar, giving more than $972 million since its inception in 1980. It is an absolutely unbelievable experience starting with the amazing generosity of everyone that supports me, to the crazy amount of money it raises for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, the training and finally riding with my daughters, my team and the other 6,000 riders!

We will be riding 192 miles over two days from Sturbridge to Provincetown and the goal remains the same, Kick Cancer's Ass and that is why I keep riding. We have all had both family and friends touched by cancer and it is time we put an end to this terrible disease. It seems like every day that we learn of someone affected by this disease, and while great progress is being made, there is still so much more that can be done.

This year I will, once again, be riding with both of my daughters, Nicole and Danielle who will be coming east from Colorado and California!! We will once again be riding in honor of my beautiful wife who beat cancer many years ago. In our four years of riding the three of us have raised over $113,000 and we are still amazed by the generosity of our supporters. Riding together with my daughters in honor of my wife and their mother, a cancer survivor, is beyond special to me!!

My financial goal this year is to raise $6,000 and with your help I know I will blow past that number again this year.
