I'm a proud supporter of the PMC because it is leading a charge to beat cancer. I am riding in memory of my Mom, who we lost in October 2020 to leptomeningeal carcinoma. My Mom battled breast cancer prior to it metastasizing; through chemo, surgery and radiation, she kept a positive outlook and was determined to fight. Many of the advancements resulting from funding and support from the PMC have been pivotal to her treatment and prolonged quality of life. As a fundraising professional, I have huge respect for the PMC and the fact that last year 100% of rider-raised revenue went directly to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's tireless commitment to finding a cure.
