Here we go AGAIN! This year I am riding the Pan Mass for my 3rd time. As the years have passed I have always looked at this event with awe and amazement as it truly encompasses all that is right in the world. From the jitters, to the support, to the fight, the strive, the journey, the rememberence....I have new names to add to me list of why I ride. Sadly cancer have no boundaries nor does it discriminate. This 2019 ride will be first and foremost dedicated to my daughter Lily (now 12). She is an amaing young lady whos will to live life to the fullest never ceases to amaze me. Throughout the last 7 years Lily has gone through many things most children will never see yet in the end, it has molded her into the caring, compassioante, fun loving, sassy girl she is today. Being a family that survived cancer has had its many challenges but what I can tell you is that everyday, I see things differently, and I strive to be a better human because of it.
This year the reason for why I ride have grown, close friends, college friends children, co-workers husbands/moms,aunts , and most unfortunate loss of a child. All of these people I speak of are people that touch my life on a daily basis. They keep me grounded, they light the way, and they are some of the most humble and kind indivuals I know. Within a very short second we can all think of someone who is effected by cancer. The degrees of separation are few, and the hurt, the struggle and the fear are real.
I will ride in honor of
