Why I Ride ...
I'm honored to bike 162 miles as a part of team CRUS11TOUR, which is raising funds specifically for an aggressive form of brain cancer in memory of Davey Hovey. He lost his battle against Stage IV Glioblastoma Multiforme when he was 25 years old, after fighting for 16 months with 5 brain surgeries and countless seizures all while maintaining a positive attitude and good spirit.
It would mean so much to me if you would consider supporting me and team CRUS11TOUR with a donation. Our mission is to raise critical funds to support brain cancer research with a specific focus on Glioblastoma, an area where research funding and pharmaceutical support is limited. 100% of the money raised through CRUS11TOUR goes to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute for brain cancer research, specifically being conducted by Davey’s doctor, Dr. David Reardon.
