EVERY DONATION, AND EVERY MILE, BRINGS US CLOSER !!!

Hi! I'm Ashley, and I am a local radio personality, former activist for trans-equality, and I am riding the Wellesley-to-Wellesley Pan Mass Challenge for the 5th year straight!

I've lost some dear family to cancer and I have family members who are survivors. But when my girlfriend's father, Richard Touchette, passed away in 2011 (only months after being diagnosed), I saw how cancer can change the lives of those close to them.

But then, my best friend, Caroline Emily Stone, passed away in 2013 (5 days after her 41st birthday, no less) from stage 4 colon cancer after over a year of battling it.

Then in 2020, I began riding in the memory of my good friend, Matthew Harris, of the local metal band, "Purging Sin."  He was a guy with a big heart, and an even bigger sense of humor, who lost his battle to stage 4 cancer, way too soon...

Going onto social media and typing out "cancer sucks" does absolutely nothing to help the cause. But going out there on the front lines of an organization, like PMC, makes a difference and sets an example to bring those affected together to create a positive change and to hopefully one day find a cure.

I would gratefully appreciate your support in my 50 mile, Wellesley to Wellesley, Pan Mass Challenge ride for a cure this August in the memory and honor of both Caroline and Richard.

I have the positive attitude, I have bringing the drive, and determination is my co-pilot.

What I need now is YOU!
