I am reaching out to ask for your support for my Pan Mass Challenge (PMC) ride to raise funds for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. This will be my first Pan Mass Challenge ride on August 5 – 6, riding 162 miles total. The PMC is a phenomenal event to support cancer research and awareness through the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

I ride for many reasons but most importantly to keep the top tier equipment, care and research going. My parents Cathy and Dave have received care at DFCI over the years and cannot say enough about the level of care and kindness received across the board from administrative staff to nurses and surgeons. I believe it is because of the DFCI team, sarcoma specialists and surgeons that I am fortunate enough to still have my parents with me today.

The PMC raises more money for charity than any other single event in the country, $455 million since 1980 and $41 million last year alone. One hundred percent of donations go directly to DFCI. Dana-Farber researchers have contributed to the development of countless cancer treatments approved by the FDA for use in cancer patients. In addition, Dana-Farber shares all of their research with the global medical community and your donations will help this critical lifesaving research.
