Why I Ride ...
This is my 18th year participating in the PMC and 15th as a rider!! I wish that it was going to be my last one - but there will be more rides as we fight to find a cure for this devasting disease.
I ride in memory of my father who was a skin-cancer survivor, and my husband's father who succumbed to lung cancer. Other family members with prostate and liver cancer. I also ride to in support of family and friends who have survived or are in the midst of treatment and continue to fight for a cure.
I will ride again this year with the awesome Stem Cell Cyclists. The funds raised by this team to help Corey Cutler, MD at Dana Farber in his on-going work in stem cell research.
