One year ago, our message included “I hope a vaccine is found for Covid”. Today, I hope you and your families are vaccinated and doing well as summer 2021 approaches. What a sad toll the coronavirus has taken on families across America and the world.

PAN MASS CHALLENGE 2020: An unusual year!

Dear Friends and Supporters,

We hope you and your families are safe and well from COVID-19. The pandemic has been devastating to families and their loved ones. By working together, we hope we can diminish the impact of this virus until a vaccine is found.

As you probably have guessed, the organized ride of the PMC has been canceled this year. While not riding together physically, the group will ride in the spirit of the PMC and continue to raise funds for cancer research and treatment at Dana Faber. Kev and I will ride with Bridget and Justin, and continue our efforts to raise donations. 100% of your donation goes to Dana Farber.

We are compelled to ride in memory of my brother, Brian, my sister-in law Debbie, and all those loved ones and friends who have battled cancer. This year will be my sixth year riding the PMC to raise money for Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Kathy and I ride on TEAM DEB, in memory of our sister-in-law, Debbie Teplow, who died from cancer in 2007. Our team has grown to over 20 people and last year we raised over $117,000. Kathy and I raised about $13,000...and every dollar went directly to Dana Farber. This year our daughter, Bridget, will also be riding. I hope you will donate to my ride in support of Dana Farber Institute and cancer treatment and research.

Everyone knows someone that has been affected by this deadly disease. Our loved ones who died from cancer--my mother, Kevin's brother, and our sister-in-law, Debbie Teplow, as well as other friends-- we still hold their memories dear to us. Now is the time to help others. And that is what this ride and this commitment is all about. By donating to the PMC, you help with cancer treatment and the research to find a cure for cancer.

Riding not only raises important revenue for the Dana Farber Institute, but additionally raises awareness of the continued need fight cancer. Last year, TEAM DEB raised over $89,000 for the PMC.
