Why I Ride ...
I am riding in the PMC to support the battle against cancer. 100% of rider-raised revenue goes directly to treatment and research at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
My grandfather, Petros Palandjian, passed away from stomach cancer in 1996. I ride in his memory and legacy, and also in honor of my family’s strength during his passing.
This summer I’m also riding in memory of my friend Jack Robinson, who passed away this past year. I am riding in celebration of the wonderful life he led despite cancer.
This is my 5th year riding in the PMC, and the sense of community and support I feel throughout the ride each year makes it one of the most meaningful experiences I’ve ever had. I look forward to another ~200 miles of honoring the fighters, supporting the cause, and being apart of something truly special.
