I'm honored to be riding in memory of Joe's son Quinn who was treated at Dana-Farber during his battle with alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma. Quinn passed away in July of 2016 at the age of 9, after bravely fighting the rare form of cancer for 15 months. The Amsler family established The Quinn Amsler Fund at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. Funds raised by The Quinn Amsler Fund will support the newly created Center for Pediatric Cancer Therapeutics at Dana-Farber. This new research center is dedicated to finding more effective treatments and ultimately a cure for childhood cancers, studying promising new areas such as immunotherapy and epigenetics. 100% of every rider-raised dollar will directly support The Quinn Amsler Fund and these research efforts at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. I'm also riding in memory of my dad's brother, Peter Neville, who passed away from brain cancer at the age of 7 but left a legacy of love and kindness that lives on through his 6 siblings.
