Team 3G is a PMC cycling family dedicated to raising funds for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Named in honor of Gregg Fradkin, a remarkable man courageously battling stage 4 lung cancer, we use the three Gs in his name to represent not only Gregg, but the thousands who bravely face this disease every day.

While we continue to direct the majority of funds raised to The Lowe Center for Thoracic Oncology at the Dana Farber, our mission has grown with our team. We provide grants to a range of labs that are meaningful to our team members and their loved ones, those currently battling cancer and those we’ve lost to this devastating disease.

In just five years, Team 3G has contributed over $2.33 million in grants to support lung, brain, lymphoma, ovarian, gastro, and melanoma studies and clinical trials. In 2025, we’ll continue backing the Boston-area SPORE program with 24-month grants to young investigators through Dr. David Barbie, Director of the Lowe Center for Thoracic Oncology. We're thrilled to support cutting-edge research and remain committed to Dr. Haq’s uveal melanoma lab and Dr. Reardon’s glioblastoma research efforts.

Our fundraising goals are always ambitious. With reduced NIH funding for research, we’re more determined than ever to help the oncologists, radiologists, and surgeons at Dana-Farber provide the best possible care, offering cutting-edge treatments and life-saving options for patients. Our doctors are extraordinary, and our donors incredibly generous. One hundred percent of your donations go directly to cancer research, with zero percent spent on the charity's operating costs. That’s truly incredible!
