Why I Ride in the PMC

I ride for others.

Cancer is a fight that touches us all—some win, others don’t. But one thing we know for sure: cancer is different for every patient, which is what makes it so difficult to treat and cure.

With 27 years in the pharmaceutical industry, I’ve seen firsthand the immense challenges of drug discovery, development, and approval. It takes over $1 billion and years of hard work to bring a product to market, and the risk involved is unlike any other industry.

The Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC) is more than just a ride. It’s a chance to drive innovation, give hope to those currently fighting, provide closure for those who’ve battled, and honor the memories of those we’ve lost. By supporting the PMC, we contribute to a future where cancer no longer takes so many lives.
