This year is Pan Mass Challenge ride number 10 for me! It’s hard to believe it has been that many rides – over 13,000 training miles and so many milestones for the PMC. To celebrate my 10th ride, I am asking for your help to cross the $80,000 lifetime fundraising level. Whether you have donated one time or every time, your support is very much appreciated and motivates me to keep riding.
I am dedicating this year’s ride to good friend and loyal donor Ann Collentro, who has recently undergone cancer surgery. I love getting Ann’s words of encouragement each year and I will think of her and other cancer fighters as I ride.
I’m so excited that our family team will be my daughter Eva (PMC #11), my son Greg (PMC #2), and my nephew Mike Hodsdon, (PMC #8). Diane, our PMC inspiration and #1 fan, will be volunteering at the Mass Maritime Academy finish – she’s hoping for a better assignment than four hours of cutting chicken in the kitchen!
Our family is ready to hit the road and rack up the miles. It is an honor to ride and raise money for anyone who has battled cancer or who has helped someone through their journey. Thank you for your support!
