Dear friends and family,

So I've once again decided to ride the PMC which will now be my 10th!! When I first signed up all those years ago I never imagined I would become a ten year rider, but it is so inspirational and such an awesome cause where the money raised is making a true difference! As always I ride for friends and family who have either lost loved ones to this terrible disease, or are themselves battling or beaten it. If there's somone close to you that you would like me to ride for too, please let me know!

Last year was a big year for our Fraid Knots team as we broke through $1Million raised since the teams first ride in 2012, but this year is a huge year for the PMC as it aims to break through $1 Billion raised since the first ride in 1980!

Each year becomes harder to fundraise, but for every gut wrenching moment I've seen or heard over the 12 hours of riding covering 192 miles, there were exponentially more of hope and victory against the odds - each have their place in reminding us why we ride whether its in memory, in honor, or living proof. It’s emotional, exhilarating, inspirational, painful, exhausting and unforgettable in equal measure.

The Fraid Knots team will be represented for the 13th straight year. We continue to ride for all our friends and family members affected by Cancer. In riding we celebrate those we know who have benefitted from successful treatment, we extend hope and positive energy to those we know are facing Cancer today, and we honor those we've lost to the disease. Most importantly we ride to support a cure.

I really appreciate that many of you have sponsored me over multiple years and for that Im so grateful - you've helped me raise just over $60,000 since 2015 through your generosity! Thank you for your continued support and kind donation.
