I Ride for Phillip!
This will be my seventh and most important Pan Mass Challenge ride for Dana Farber. Sadly, the cause has become more personal with each passing year. Over the past years Cancer has claimed friends and family and now my nephew Phillip has been diagnosed with Stage 4 brain cancer. Dana Farber has made great strides in battling Cancer but sadly the needed breakthroughs are still in the future. In 2021 I dedicate my ride and all my fund-raising efforts to Phillip's ongoing battle with this terrible disease.
The funds we raise help researchers and clinicians everyday to make progress toward improving patient outcomes. Progress is being made but we are still many years from a cure. On the bright many others have benefited from the advances in Cancer treatment and are doing well!
I am once again asking for your help to raise funds for Cancer research. PMC is leading the charge to beat cancer. In fact, 100% of rider-raised revenue goes directly to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's tireless commitment to finding a cure. This year my goal is to raise at least $7,000 so every donation counts. Thanks in advance for supporting me and doing our part to find a cure. God Bless
