Why we Ride ...
Dear friends,
I am once again committing to raise $10,000 for cancer research by riding in the 2024 Pan-Mass Challenge. On August 3rd & 4th I will join thousands of cyclists in the PMC, an annual bike-a-thon that raises money for research and care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) in Boston. As in past years, I will begin the ride with a number of my Team Forza-G teammates on the NY/MA border on "day 0" for the start of this 3 day, 300+ mile journey.
This is my 14th year as a PMC rider and I feel so incredibly fortunate to be able to participate again. With your generous support I have raised $102,000 since 2010. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Most importantly, your support means the world to those with cancer who benefit each day from research and direct patient care at Dana-Farber.The PMC raises more money for charity than any other single event in the country – 972 million since 1980 and a record 72 million in 2024 alone! This success is the result of a lot of people riding for and caring about a cure. And because every dollar matters, 100% of your donation goes to Dana/Farber.
*My ride this year is further motivated by the bravery and determination of several dear friends as well as my father who are receiving care through Dana Farber.
