Why I Volunteer and fundraise
This year I will proudly volunteer again and fundraise as a virtural rider for the Pan-Mass Challenge in memory of my husband, Howie Gray. Howie rode in the Pan Mass Challenge for 23 years and when his health didnt allow him to continue to ride, he volunteered for the PMC for another 6 years raising close to $300,000. He was instrumental in establishing the PMC Gray SPORE (Specialized Program of Research Excellence) In Prostate Cancer Fund. This year I will carry on Howie's legacy and continue to support this fund and Dana Farber as it continues its charge to beat cancer with life-saving research and treatment.
If you are able, please help us fund the cures for cancer. The PMC is committed to this mission and 100 percent of funds raised by PMC participants go directly to Dana-Farber.
