We Are PMC - Now We Ride 
Dear Family and Friends, In two weekends, I am embarking upon my 17th Pan-Massachusetts Challenge ride. I ride the PMC for my dad – but every year, it also seems like another very close family friend or relative is experiencing a struggle with cancer. Nine years ago, just weeks before the PMC, my dad was diagnosed with mesothelioma. He passed away from this terrible disease after a courageous 7-month fight. My family has seen first-hand how incredible everyone is at Dana Farber – what truly stands out is the compassion, warmth and empathy they have for every single patient. This year, I am riding for my dad and all the loved ones in our circle who are fighting against this terrible disease. I am proud to be dedicating my time and energy to the PMC which is focused on supporting a charity that is working on eradicating cancer. The PMC draws more than 5,000 cyclists, coming from 42 states and 12 countries. 100% of your donation goes to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute which is working every day to improve the lives of those suffering with cancer. I am so grateful to be able to contribute to the PMC’s mission. In order to participate in the PMC, I must raise $6,000 by September but I would like to raise more than $20,000!
