Dear Friends,
As we gear up for the 45th annual Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC) this August, I’m filled with excitement and gratitude, and I’m reaching out to you for support. This year is extra special as we celebrate a huge milestone: the PMC has now raised over $1 billion for cancer research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. This is a monumental achievement, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication of riders and generous donors like you.
For 26 years, I’ve had the privilege of riding alongside a passionate group of people, all driven by one mission: to help make cancer a thing of the past. We all know someone who’s been touched by cancer—whether they’re currently in remission, fighting, or have sadly passed away. I ride in honor of my father, Harris Holstein, who bravely fought cancer, and in memory of the many others who have been affected by this disease. It’s a cause that’s close to my heart, and one that continues to motivate me year after year.
This August 2nd and 3rd, I’ll be riding 192 miles from Sturbridge to Provincetown to raise funds for Dana-Farber’s groundbreaking research and patient care. Our goal is to raise $75 million, and my personal goal is to raise $15,000 to help fund this life-saving work. The impact of your donation, no matter how big or small, is enormous. Every dollar helps bring us closer to a future where no one has to hear the words "You have cancer."
Cancer touches all of us, and every year that I ride, I’m reminded of just how powerful our community is when we come together. I’m asking you to join me again in supporting this mission.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Your support makes a real difference, and I can’t do it without you.
