This year I will be riding in my fifth Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC) ride. Since 1980, the Pan-Mass Challenge has raised over $970 million in support of lifesaving cancer research and care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. In 2024, the PMC will reach a lifetime fundraising goal of over $1 billion dollars!

In addition to joining my Dad on his 14th ride, and my brother on his first fourth ride, this ride will commemorate 13 years since my last cancer treatment. Diagnosed in July 2009, I spent over 2 years receiving extensive chemotherapy and radiation treatment for lymphoma from the Jimmy Fund Clinic at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Children’s Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.

I write this to ask for your support in my ride this August. My goal is to raise $10,000 by the end of September, with all proceeds going to the organization that saved my life.
