This year will be my fourth ride and the PMC's 46th Pan-Massachusetts Challenge. I will be riding the two-day 196-mile journey from Sturbridge, MA to Provincetown, MA on August 2nd & 3rd, 2025, with TEAM SIENA.
I will be riding and dedicating my fourth ride to our Pedal Partner Alex Young, who was our Pedal partner last year as well.
Alex has had a rough start to 2025, at the end of December he had scans that showed progression of the cancer in his brain and spine, luckily his bone marrow biopsy showed no leukemia. He has been suffering from severe headaches recently and is currently on oxycodone and methadone to help ease his pain. Alex is an absolute trooper. He is still going to school and even attending Boy Scouts.
Our prayers and thoughts go out to Alex and his family every day.
I will be riding as a cancer survivor again. I want to thank everyone who continuously supports me in my cancer-free journey.
Let us find a way to help end cancer. Last year 100% of rider-raised revenue went directly to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's tireless commitment to finding a cure.
The PMC raises more money for charity than any other single athletic fundraising event in the USA, rasing $1.047 BILLION since 1980.
Thank you for your support
Sincerely,
Peter Kiritsy
