In October 2011, my wife and best friend Eileen passed away. Eileen had lung cancer. Eileen was diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer in May of 2006. She fought a long hard, brave battle, never complaining and always being the best Mother, Wife, Sister, Daughter and Friend anyone could ask for. Eileen is my inspiration and the reason I do the PMC. 2020 will be my 11th PMC. Please support my ride in anyway you can.

I ride as part of team LungStrong, Team LungStrong is riding to benefit LUNG CANCER research at Dana Farber Cancer Institute, under the direction of Dr. Pasi Janne. I ride primarily for my wife Eileen. I ride for Diane Legg who inspires all of us to ride for Team LungStrong , I ride for all those who continue to fight this disease and continue to defy the odds. I ride for all our family members and friends whose lives may have been ended prematurely by cancer or affected in some way by cancer. I ride for all those who have come into my life recently who have had their lives turned upside down by cancer but continue to live happy and wonderful lives and inspire us all, I ride for our children that they too will be inspired to continue this fight and make better lives for their children, I ride for all those people who support us on this ride, for those that look after our children while we ride our bikes closer to a cure. I ride for all those who can’t.
I'm a proud supporter of the PMC because it is leading a charge to beat cancer. In fact, last year 100% of rider-raised revenue went directly to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's tireless commitment to finding a cure.
