I'm riding for my aunt, Diane Legg, who passed away just a few days after Christmas. She battled lung cancer for 20 years with extraordinary courage and strength. Diane was brilliant, hilarious, kind, and undoubtedly one of the best people I’ve ever had the privilege to love.

I’m also riding for Diane’s sister — my mom, Beth Vossler — who, shockingly, was also diagnosed with lung cancer last May. Thankfully, due to early detection and a successful lobectomy on her right lung, her prognosis looks promising.

Diane dedicated much of her life to fighting this disease. Through her non-profit, LungStrong, she raised millions of dollars for lung cancer research. Thanks to advancements in medicine and new clinical trials supported by that research, she was able to see her three sons grow into remarkable young men.

It’s an honor for me to contribute to my aunt’s incredible legacy and to support research that could help my mom — and so many others.
