Most of us have seen a friend or relative touched by cancer.   The effects can be devastating, but things are getting better.  Early detection programs provide more options and even cures, and new treatments are being developed that give more time with a better quality of life. 

The PMC gives Living Proof  t-shirts to riders who are cancer survivors.  I was diagnosed with stage III colo-rectal cancer in 1997.  Today I am cancer-free.  I say 'thank-you' to all those people that have raised money before me.  Now it is time to give a little back.
