This year I’ll be riding alongside my dad in my fifth Pan-Mass Challenge. This ride is a lifeline for those battling cancer. Every dollar raised goes directly to Dana Farber Cancer Institute to support research and getting one step closer to a cure.

As many of you know, my mom, Karen, is a two-time ovarian cancer survivor. Watching her endure her lengthy treatments for several months inspired me to continue to ride the PMC. If she could persevere through that sh*t, then I can do my part and help raise funds to fight cancer.

I ride because research saved my mom’s life.

I ride because my grandma lost her battle at 41 years old.

I ride because my grandpa lost his battle at 60 years old.

I ride because countless others have faced this disease.

I ride because I believe in a future without cancer.
