Why I Ride ...
I'm a proud supporter of the PMC because it is leading a charge to beat cancer. In fact, every year I've ridden 100% of rider-raised revenue went directly to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's tireless commitment to finding a cure.
- My childhood friend Evan's son Nathan was diagnosed with brain cancer and is currently out of treatment through Dana Farber. His second round of treatment has been successful. Fingers crossed he remains stable!
Evan approached me in early 2013 to join him in training and riding the PMC on team The Nathanism's to support the fabulous treatment that his son was (and continues) to receive. We've now been at it for 12 years. Since our humble beginning we have raised over $1M and our team of riders keeps growing.

- 3 out of 4 kids like Nathan will recur, requiring more surgeries and chemo or radiation. THEY ARE WHY I RIDE.
- For every $10k we raise, a child with a brain tumor can be enrolled in a clinical trial
As someone who struggled to find an effective way to help provide support Nathan and his family I believe that the PMC is a great solution.
