Why I Ride ...
I'm a proud supporter of the PMC because it's leading a charge to beat cancer. 100% of rider-raised revenue go directly to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's tireless commitment to a cure.
In 2015 I lost one of my closest friends to leukemia. Billy Van Valkenburg fought courageously for over 2 years but could not overcome this disease. However he won his battle because of the way he lived his life and the legacy he left those of us fortunate enough to know him. When I train for and ride in the PMC my dear friend will be at my side.
2024 marks my 15th PMC!
