I have not had cancer…yet. But like all of us at this point, I have been affected. I have had to work through a lot of challenging feelings. There is great comfort for me to spend time with others in the cancer community. I greatly benefit from their understanding, emotional support and continuous commitment to beat the countless variations of this disease one-by-one. My team is comprised of fellow riders / fundraisers and all of you (most importantly). For me, this is so much more than fundraising. It’s taking action. It’s never giving up. It’s honoring the most important people in our lives.
