Why I Ride ...
Dear Friends and Family -
I hope everyone is having a happy and healthy spring! We're finally hitting peak riding weather which means training is in full swing for this summers Pan Mass Challenge. Thank you so much for your continuing support of my ride and our collective commitment to eradicate cancer. Over the past seven years we have raised over $81,000 to further cancer research for the Jimmy Fund and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute!
This year is a special one for me and fellow riding friends. We are riding 186 miles from Sturbridge to Provincetown this year (25 miles more than usual) on August 3-4th. PMC as an organization is on track to pass the $1 billion mark for overall donations since its inception in 1980. The ride continues to be inspiring and motivating year after year!
As the son of a cancer survivor and a living proof survivor myself (now for half of my life), I feel fortunate that I had such amazing care and support from family and friends. Cancer has affected so many of our loved ones and the work is far from done!
