Dear Friends, Family, and Colleagues,
The 2023 Pan Mass Challenge journey has officially begun.
2022 marked my inaugeral ride on the Eisai Team for the Pan Mass Challenge (PMC). For those who may not be familiar with the PMC, it is a 186-mile ride from Sturbridge to Provincetown in Boston, MA. The PMC raises money for life-saving cancer research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. 100% of every dollar donated goes directly to PMC. With the generosity of many of you, we were able to raise a record breaking $69M for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in 2022. There were 6,500 riders, 3,000 volunteers, 275,000 donors and 200 sponsors that all came together to make this possible.
To be a part of that journey was an absolute blessing and one motto I picked up during my first PMC ride was If you are not challenged, you are not changed.
The ride is just around the corner, scheduled for August 5th and 6th and raining has officially begun with a focus on time in the saddle 3 days per week as I prepare for the 2-day, 186-mile ride. Excited to be riding again this year with my friend and colleague Lisa Vailaika(below is a link to her page).
All PMC riders are committed to fund raising and responsible for raising $6,000 for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
Thank you for your past and future support and look forward to the journey!
Grateful,
Dara

My upcoming 200 mile ride to raise money for cancer research will be in memory of Tammy Tammy Shull May Brown, an extraordinary woman who touched so many of our lives. Also, I will ride to honor her dear daughter,Brougan May Sheets , as she is an amazing woman who when she was only 13 snuggled with our mother Janice Kuller and brought her comfort as she faced her final earthly days after a short but grueling journey with pancreatic cancer. She delivered a beautiful poem at mom's celebration of life 15 years ago. Thank you for your strength! The pic is Brougan holding her mamma's hand. The other is Tammy.Tammy you are missed and Brougan you are loved. Thank you for allowing me to share your precious photos.??????????and a bit about our connection. As we head towards Mother's Day I know we will all either celebrate with a mom or reflect on how they touch us. Embrace her tightly if yours is still physically here to hold ??.If you are interested in donating to this single largest athletic fundraiser in the US to which every rider raised dollar goes to Dana Farber institute for cancer research you can do so via the link below or via my Facebook fundraiser.Thank you for your generous support.Dara Kullerhttps://donate.pmc.org/DK0280
