Dear Friends,
I’m proud to share that I’ve committed to ride in the 2025 Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC) — my 7th time participating in this incredible event. The PMC raises more money for charity than any other single athletic fundraising event in the country — over $1 billion since 1980, including $75 million in 2024 alone. Every penny raised goes directly to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, supporting life-saving cancer research and care.
Thanks to your past generosity, I’ve raised $38,000 to date. This year, I’ve set a new goal: $6,000 more to help advance the fight against cancer. I hope you’ll consider supporting me again.
I’ll be riding alongside more than 5,000 cyclists, including over 20 teammates from Shawmut Design and Construction. I’m especially excited to be joined again by my son, Zachary, who pushed me to keep up with him last year! Together, we’ll ride 162 miles over two days, from Wellesley, MA to Provincetown.
I ride because I believe in the PMC’s mission. One in four of us will face cancer in our lifetimes. The PMC is a way for the healthy to fight for the ill — and for all of us to invest in a future without cancer.
Thank you for being part of this journey. I’m aiming to ride 1,000 miles in training before the event — which means I’ve got 700 miles to go in the next two months! If you see me out on the road, honk, wave, or toss a water bottle my way. I’ll keep you posted on my progress!
