Last year, I rode the first day of the PMC from Sturbridge to Bourne, MA. It was the BEST experience! I was also able to write my first children's book, Dragonfly Magic- A Story about Helping Others and the PMC. All the sales of my book have raise money for the PMC and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute directly. I AM ALSO PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THAT MY SECOND CHILDREN'S BOOK IS BEING RELEASE THIS SPRING. It is called, Dragonfly Hope - A Story about Children and the PMC, and, hopefully, will encourage new generations of PMC riders. All of the sales of this book will benefit the PMC and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
For over eleven years, my friends and I have fought cancer through our philanthropy group, The Daughters of Anarchy. We have spent the past decade raising funds for the PMC. Jenna, Ivy, Sarah and I have pledged to ride the PMC together one day. Slowly, we are achieving that goal.
Again this August, I will join my sister, Ivy, and we will ride 100 miles from Sturbridge, MA to Bourne, MA. Ivy will continue riding to Provincetown. I am honored to represent The Daughters of Anarchy as an official PMC cyclist for a second time. We all hope to raise awareness and funds that will impact families battling cancer. We all know someone affected by this disease. Donating to the PMC is the best way we can support new research and treatments for cancer patients . As always, 100% of PMC rider-raised revenue directly aids the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
Please consider donating to the PMC this year. With every mile we pedal, let's get closer to a cure. Thank you.
