I have rode in and support the PMC to celebrate my son Josh who was successfully treated for leukemia and in support of the institutions that have given our family the gift of his good health. I also support PMC to celebrate the life of my father (aka Papa Jimmy), a former skin cancer survivor and avid bicyclist (two time PMC rider).. PMC raises money for Dana Farber and the Jimmy Fund in the fight against Cancer. Josh was diagnosed with leukemia when he was 21 months old in 2008. Through treatment at Dana Farber / Childrens Hospital of Boston and the Jimmy Fund, Josh is now a survivor. Today he is a happy and healthy ten year old with a very bright future because of the medical breakthroughs achieved at these institutions as well as the wonderful care he received during treatment.
