Dear Friends and Family,

This year I am excited to be participating in the Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC) with my father, Chris, my uncle, Peter, and my cousin, Ryan. I have grown up going to this event every year and wishing to participate for many years. Now that I am finally 15, I am able to ride. The PMC is a 161 mile bike ride from Wellesley to Provincetown to raise money for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. I have personally committed to raise over $6,000 and I need your help!

I am riding this year because multiple people I know have been greatly affected by cancer. My grandfather, Puppy T, who I loved spending time with because of his loving and fun personality passed away from cancer just over a year ago. 

My grandmother, Granny, has been diagnosed with cancer three times, the most recent time being last year, and has fought it off every single time. She has an extreme amount of perseverance and character, yet she is one of the nicest and sweetest people I know. 

My aunt, Kayellen, is battling cancer right now and has shown great toughness. If no one told me that she was going through cancer treatments I would never know. She shows no signs of weakness and continues to maintain her bright personality.
