Dear Friends and Family,

Hope this message finds all of you well. On Sunday, August 3rd, I will be participating in the Pan Mass Challenge for the ninth straight year. I can’t think of a more meaningful way to spend the weekend of my 21st birthday! Once again, I will be riding the 50-mile course as a member of the Patriots Platelet Pedalers team, meaning all the money that I raise will go directly to Dr. Anderson at The Kraft Family Blood Donor Center. Dr. Anderson and his world-renowned team primarily focus on Multiple Myeloma research and the development of novel therapies, including Pancreatic Cancer and Pediatric Oncology, areas that were important to my Grammy, Barbara Strachman, whose memory I ride in every summer. Along with her, I ride in memory of my uncle, Bill Wheeler, and in honor of friends and family who continue to benefit from the amazing work that Dana-Farber does each day. As a member of Patriots Platelet Pedalers, I’ve been fortunate to learn firsthand of the incredible advances that have been made over the several years that I’ve been on it, and look forward to seeing what strides they make this year.
