Why I Ride ...
I will be participating in the 2024 PMC as a virtual rider to show my support for cancer Research and Treatment. I ride for many friends and family members that are either battling cancer or have passed from it. We lost my cousin Jonathan after a 15-year battle with Multiple Myeloma. In 2013, Erica Leafquist, the daughter of a co-worker and Team Dassault Systemes member, passed from complications due to having Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (A.L.L.). My Uncle Stuart (who was a big influence early on in my life) fought a short battle with Myeloma before it took his life. My Aunt Sally on the other side of my family passed from lung cancer. I am also riding in memory of my Grandfather who passed away from prostate cancer and my Grandmother who was a breast cancer survivor before passing of other causes. I also ride for family members who are currently battling or recovering from various forms of cancer. Help me fight cancer by supporting the research needed to find a cure.
