Why I Ride ...
This year I’ll be riding the PMC for the first time! I will be riding alongside my uncle, who has been riding for the past 20+ years. Ever since I was born, his continued dedication and love has inspired me, and I am so grateful to be riding with him this year.
We will be riding the PMC in memory of my late grandfather, Samuel Apgar. I was never able to meet my grandfather due to him losing his battle with cancer. Growing up without a grandfather, and seeing his absence in my family was always something hard to grapple with.
I am so thankful for the opportunity to ride the PMC in memory of my grandfather, and to help other families who are affected by this disease.
100% of the money I raise will go to cancer research, and every dollar matters. If you have the financial means to, I would greatly appreciate any donations towards my $6,000 goal. Thank you so much!
