I ride in honor of my mother who continues to stand tall in her treatment journey for ovarian cancer. She is living her life fully as she perseveres through ongoing therapies. This is my second year riding to support the Elizabeth Alling Sewall Endowment, which was started by her family in 2012. Gordon Sewall and his sons, Scott and Duncan, along with Elizabeth's mom, Cynthia, continue their determined efforts to grow this fund into an important resource for the work of Dr. Eric Winer, head of Breast Oncology at Dana-Farber, and his team of researchers. I am honored to ride on behalf of Team Elizabeth, a group that has grown from six to fourteen members this year. The next generation is stepping up!

There are two important ways you can help with this effort. The first is to donate to our Team ride. Whether you choose a specific Team member to support or you choose to donate to the Team collectively, all funds raised will go to Elizabeth's endowed fund and will support breast cancer research at Dana-Farber.
