I'm a proud supporter of the PMC because it is leading a charge to beat cancer. In fact, last year 100% of rider-raised revenue went directly to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's tireless commitment to finding a cure.

Spring 2021, I suffered a herniated disc in my neck causing excrutiating pain preventing me from working, working out or training for PMC. After months of physical therapy, massage therapy and chirproactic, I am doing so much better and now able to spend short durations on my road bike and Peloton.
FINALLY heathy enough, I will be riding to make a difference. It may not be the traditional route but I will take it. This year I will be riding in my 6 PMC ride but I must do it virtually and slowly over the months of August & September. I am challenging myself to log 192 miles by October 1, 2021. This is the mileage of the original PMC distance from Sturbridge to Provincetown. Each year's journey is a way to keep the fond memories of my dad alive as I help support advances in research at Dana Farber.
I ride in honor
of my hero, my dad. On May 9, 2015, the world lost an amazing man. My dad lost his courageous battle with cancer. Although his life was short, he touched so many lives. He was a man of few words but you always knew he loved you and cared. We were able to have more time with Dad thanks to the help and care he received from Dana Farber.
Until 6 years ago, I had never done anything like this ride ever. Shortly after he passed, I wanted to find something to honor my dad. The journey preparing for this ride has always been amazing. It has not only allowed me to contiunue to feel connected to him but has also given me my life back. This year will be no different.
Your continued support of this journey is appreciated and will inspire me to meet this goal.
Love, Jen
